About Dadventure
Fatherhood today looks different — but support for dads hasn’t kept up.
At Dadventure, we’re changing that. We’re a platform built for modern dads, offering mental health tools, community connection, and practical support for navigating the pressures of parenting and work. We work with individuals and businesses to make sure dads are supported, not sidelined — because when fathers are happy and confident, everyone benefits.
Why Dadventure Matters
70% of dads say their mental health suffers after becoming a parent, but fewer than half seek help.
1 in 10 new dads experience postnatal depression — and many more face anxiety, burnout, and identity struggles silently.
Fathers who are emotionally supported are more present at home, more productive at work, and more confident in themselves.
Why This Is Good Business
Investing in fathers isn’t just good for families — it’s good for your bottom line:
-
Companies that invest in employee wellbeing see a $4 return for every $1 spent through reduced absenteeism, improved retention, and greater engagement (Deloitte).
-
Supported dads are less likely to burn out and more likely to stay loyal to workplaces that support their whole identity — not just their job title.
-
Inclusive, family-supportive policies improve workplace culture for everyone, not just parents.
Dadventure delivers real, practical tools to support the mental health of fathers — with workshops, memberships, and workplace partnerships that make a real difference.
Let’s build a world where dads are empowered, families thrive, and businesses lead with empathy.

About the Founder
Hi, I’m Aidan, founder of Dadventure — and a dad who’s experienced most of the challenges we help people with.
When I became a father, I was hit with something I didn’t expect: postnatal depression.
The sleepless nights and pressure to provide were real — but the silence around how dads were supposed to cope was louder.
I was battling invisible expectations, cultural assumptions, and a deep loneliness I didn’t know how to name.
Then as a stay-at-home dad for a time, I also came up against the outdated belief that fathers don't belong in the caregiving space — not fully, not emotionally. That’s why I created Dadventure.
It’s not just a platform. It’s a movement to make sure no father feels like he has to go it alone.
We give dads practical tools, real community, and the kind of mental health support that I wish I had.
And we work with businesses too — because if we want healthier families, we need to start where dads spend a lot of their time: at work. We can't change the way we expect dads to show up, if we don't embrace change in how we support them at work too.
Dadventure is here to help fathers thrive, so they can raise strong kids, support their partners, and show up — fully — in all parts of their lives.
Because when we back dads, we lift everyone.
